The USC and Louisville football teams are scheduled to meet in the 2023 Holiday Bowl on Wednesday, Dec. 27 at Petco Park in San Diego, California. The game is scheduled to start at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. 

USC enters the matchup 7-5 overall. Most recently, UCLA defeated USC 38-20 on Nov. 18. Louisville, ranked No. 16 in The Associated Press poll, comes into the contest 10-3 overall. On Dec. 2, Florida State beat Louisville 16-6 in the ACC Championship Game. This is the first meeting between the USC and Louisville football programs.
